Alejandro’s Way is not just another weight loss program; it is a new way of life. Alejandro Chabán took on the mission after noticing the need among the Hispanic community in the United States for information about the subject of nutrition and exercise. After Alejandro did some research, he realized that the largest ethnic group who suffers from obesity, both with the adult and youth population, is the Latin community.

Alejandro decided to become a motivation for these parents and teens to break old, negative habits and change them to more productive ones, to teach them to go from a sedentary life to an active life, to change and give them hope and confidence while they improve their health and hence their self-esteem regardless of where they come from or what their economic situation is. When you have a healthy body, you can reach any goal in life, because of that reason, Alejandro has focuses on teens and their parents. If you plant a healthy seed, it will grow healthy and give you healthy crops.

He has had the opportunity to travel all over the United States, visiting cities like Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, San Francisco, Houston, and El Paso, doing workshops and giving motivational speeches in schools to hundreds of teens. The most recurring reason that he hears is the lack of information for Latinos, the lack of a role model who that group can identify with in healthy issues. That’s why he started his movement so Latinos can take the right healthy way, Alejandro’s Way.
