Frutty Mix Yogurt Shake

Ingredients:
1 c. Almond Milk
1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries, Mashed
1/3 c. Fresh Raspberries, Mashed
1/3 c. Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Tsb Protein Powder
Some Ice
5 Raw Almonds
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender bowl until thick and frothy. Only 111 calories per serving.
Roasted Peaches
Ingredients:
4 medium ripe yet firm peaches, halved and pitted
4 ts, sweetener divided
4 tsp lemon juice, divided
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place peaches cut side up on baking
sheet. Sprinkle each with a teaspoon of sweetener and a teaspoon of lemon juice
lemon juice. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Top with fat-free Greek yogurt
Peanut Butter-Banana-Apple Bites
Ingredients:
2 thin slices apple
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1⁄4 banana, sliced
1⁄8 teaspoon sweetener
1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
What to Do
Place the apple slices on a flat surface and spread with the peanut butter. Top
with the banana. Sprinkle with the sweetener, cinnamon.
